Elon Musk sacrifices his own happiness for humanity,
and that is why he's the richest man alive.
I don't see this important concept talked about enough.
Sure, he's an amazing engineer, one of the best even.
But without a massive amount of help, there is no way that he accomplishes even a small fraction of his success.
Inspiration is Elon Musk's superpower.
I made a post yesterday, asking people to choose between
1) Get rich
2) Change the world
Over and over, I got the answer, "I'll get rich, then use my resources to change the world".
Newsflash, to get rich, you need to solve real problems.
The bigger, more impossible the problem, the more authentically you believe you can solve it, the more help you will inspire.
Inspiration is leverage. Leverage is power.
Tesla and SpaceX attract more young talent than any other companies on the planet. This is why they win.
Pay attention folks. Lead by example.
